• The apartment, has three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. You can relax on the balcony at every time. The living- and bedrooms are furnished with designer furniture and flatscreen TV, Telefone and PC and internet TV. this way you wont miss your own home comfort in our luxury apartment.
• The built- in kitchen offers kitchen equipment, like a microwave, a dishwasher, a cooker and a fridge. There are diverse kitchen devices and of course dishes and glassware for you and your guests.

• The daylight bathrooms are all provided with a bathtub and are new and modern. There is one separate guest restroom, which is also renovated.

• The final cleaning is not included and will be calculated per person and the duration of the stay. It will be arranged with the landlord before closing the contract.

Our prices are netto. Booking through one person. We gladly prepare the apartment fort wo or three people )according to the availability and space) with additional charge. Limited contracts under seven month, we have to charge in addition the value added tax of 7%. The usual cancelation period for limited contracts is 4 weeks by the end of this month.
